Theme 3

It does not happen so much these days that computer programs freeze on the computer, or we get a blue screen, and need to restart from scratch. The reason is recent advances in analysing software programs before they are deployed to the users. Still challenges persist in advancing these methods to new application areas, e.g. to ensure that electronic patient journals respect the privacy of patients, and MT-LAB is actively involved in further developing the key methodologies that can achieve this.   Photo: Colourbox

The Villum Foundation and Velux Foundation has awarded a grant of 25 mill. DKK to the centre which has partners from Technical University of Denmark, Aalborg University and IT University of Copenhagen. MT-LAB integrates a number of competences currently spread over several institutions, departments and divisions:
